Cancellation | No-show | Other Policies

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. When you schedule an appointment that time is reserved for you, therefore, a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. I understand that unexpected situations can come up, if needed, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate a change when possible.

Arrival Guidelines 

If it’s your first visit, please arrive about 10 minutes early to allow time for intake form and to get settled.

Returning clients: arriving 5 minutes early helps ensure you receive your full session time and allows for a relaxed, unhurried start.

Running a bit late?
I completely understand, life happens. If you’re running behind, please send a quick text or give me a call to keep me in the loop.

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so they’ll still need to end at the originally reserved time to stay on track for the next client, and the full session fee will apply. That said, whenever possible, I’ll do my best to accommodate and ensure you still receive a full session.

Illness 

While massages are a fundamental part of self-care please be advised that bodywork is contraindicated when you have a fever, an infectious, contagious illness or has suffered recent physical trauma. Please notify me right away if you're unwell so I can reschedule you for another time when you're feeling better. 

Discounts & Special Offers (Available periodically)

I occasionally offer special promotions or discounts as a way to welcome new guests and reward returning ones. These offers are available for a limited time and subject to availability.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for completed services..

Gift Certificates and package deals are non-refundable.

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

Massage therapists are unable to bill your insurance provider directly. However, your health savings plan may include provisions for covering massage sessions, resulting in notable cost reductions for you. I'm happy to provide detailed receipts upon request for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

While most insurance companies recognize massage therapy as a valid medical expense, it's smart to double-check with your insurance provider or your company's HR department as some plans might not cover massages even if prescribed by your doctor. Although this scenario is uncommon, most people can use their HSA or FSA cards to pay for massages without any issues. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider for personalized guidance prior to your session if you are unsure about your eligibility for coverage.
